We are pleased to announce the arrival of Nicole Aepli Gürdogan, Senior HR Consultant, with proven experience in Human Resources Management. 

Nicole brings expertise in the full range of HR services, acquired during more than 25 years in various fields such as the aeronautical industry, the service sector and the finance sector.

Nicole has held the roles of HR Director and Head of Human Resources for more than 10 years in major international and Swiss banking institutions, reporting to the Management and the Board of Directors. She has a deep knowledge of strategic management, as well as operational and concrete know-how to best support the vision and strategy of a company, while adapting and deploying professional, structured and multidisciplinary teams. 

In her roles as HR Director and Head of Human Resources, Nicole has led cross-functional HR transformation projects, aligning the function with the evolution of the company.

She studied Political Science and, throughout her career, has acquired a number of specific certifications in HR techniques and software, enabling her to support the development of organizations and teams.

Focused on the client’s needs, Nicole adapts, with flexibility and pragmatism, the implementation and integration of HR projects, in order to align them closely with the requirements necessary to enhance the Human Capital.

Convinced of the key importance of the human dimension in supporting organizations, Nicole is in charge of managing mandates related to compensation and benefits, evaluation of HR organizations, implementation and review of HR policies and processes, and support of companies in case of mergers, reorganization and change management. She works in French, English and Italian.

Her family, her reading, which allows her to stay open to the world and recharge her batteries in nature, also play an important role in her personal life.
