A Fond Farewell

Valérie Ayer embarks on a new chapter outside of Sharpmania and we extend our heartfelt thanks for her dedication and invaluable contributions. Her influence will continue to resonate within our company, and we wish her the very best in all future endeavours.

Leadership Transition

In parallel, Arnold Graz, who has served as our CEO, is embarking on a phased transition, moving away from the CEO role and reducing his involvement in the day-to-day operations. Arnold will continue to be a key part of Sharpmania’s management team and will actively contribute to shaping the strategic decisions that steer our company’s course.
