Marco joins Sharpmania and thus expands the team !

We are pleased to announce the arrival of Marco Mancesti, Senior Consultant, with proven experience in Strategy and Leadership

Marco is an expert in strategy and leadership. He feels particularly comfortable in challenges where both disciplines are used simultaneously to develop organizational excellence.

With a background in business administration, he refines his management skills through a solid education at IMD in Lausanne.

His career began with extensive experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical field, where he worked directly for several members of the Executive Committee and actively participated in a corporate merger process.

He then became R&D Director at IMD for more than 10 years. When he joined in 2008, he had to face the financial crisis with the institution; he took the opportunity to focus his research on the theme of agility in a volatile world (VUCA). His articles on the subject are among the most read on Google.

These combined experiences allowed him to develop an organizational excellence framework, a system thinking approach that he uses in his interactions with his clients, whether SMEs or larger companies. The model being natively embedded on a digital platform, his clients benefit from an effective tool to conduct transformation initiatives, simulate strategic scenarios, manage stakeholders, analyze causes and effects, or simply make crucial decisions.

He teaches these disciplines in two EMBA programs and training centers.

Within Sharpmania, Marco therefore focuses on mandates related to governance, strategy and organizational transformations, or as Trusted Advisor.

Marco is fluent in English, Italian and French.
