Thilo is a Senior Expert in Talent Acquisition & Development with over 20 years experience in global multicultural environments across multiple industries (Pharma, BioTech, Chemicals, Food, Consulting).

Before joining Sharpmania, Thilo held management positions such as Talent Acquisition Lead EMEA and Head of Recruitment. As an HR Business Partner he was in charge of employee life cycle management and has been involved in various business transformations and change management processes.

Thilo is a trusted advisor – quality-focused, service-orientated, applying high ethical standards – and communicates efficiently with all levels and functions. His client centered approach in combination with a great deal of passion and pragmatism allows him to develop tailor-made solutions and to create real added value.

Based on his extensive professional network and broad experience with state-of-the art recruitment, assessment methodologies and career coaching, Thilo manages end-to-end recruitment projects including on-boarding. Beyond recruitment, Thilo provides support regarding recruitment process audits, retention management, strategic workforce planning and employer branding. His holistic approach is complemented with outplacement, mental fitness coaching and further specific HR Services.

Thilo is fluent in German, English and French and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Economics, being specialized in HR Management & Organizational Development. He is of German origin, living in Switzerland since 2009, and has also lived in Austria, France and Russia.
