Mathilde has a doctorate in health biology. She has 6 years’ experience in clinical/pre-clinical studies and project management in research and development.
With over 8 years’ experience working as a scientific recruitment consultant for an agency specialising in Life Science in Switzerland, she managed all aspects of Talent Acquisition functions for several Pharmaceutical/Bioetch companies in Switzerland.
Mathilde then developed her experience within an industrial company. She started out as an internal recruiter in the role of Talent Acquisition Leader, before quickly moving on to the role of HR Business Partner, which she held for 3 years. At Sharpmania, Mathilde manages recruitment mandates in particular.
