Onboarding/transition coaching
The cost of not being optimal, or worse, unsuccessful when transitioning to a new role, or for a company, onboarding an external executive is huge. At the other end of the spectrum, the benefits of accelerating the integration are significant. The good news is, there are techniques to make sure that these transition phases are a success.
Our approach:
- You choose how many months of coaching (minimum 3), and we design a custom approach together.
For example, for a 6 months program: 1 half-day/month complemented with 45′ per month of online availability.
