Arnold is an HR & Change Management professional whose university studies in Science are complemented by a General Management diploma from INSEAD. He is particularly fond of complex challenges. He excels in managing people and in implementing sustainable solutions that are based on sound ethics and an analytical approach.
Arnold is mainly in charge of HR organisational assessments, providing support to HR top managers, designing and implementing change management programs for HR teams and consulting in case of major reorganization.
Arnold has considerable experience in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. This includes 15 years in management positions within the L’Oréal Group, followed by 6 years within the Merck KGaA Group.
As the Director of Human Resources of an organization of 1,250 people, Arnold managed important business development support projects and change management support programs, among others. He was also one of the key players involved in the discussions between authorities and employee representatives in the framework of the closure procedure for Merck Serono Geneva site.
Given his substantial experience, it is natural that Arnold now dedicates himself in providing Human Resources best practices to fast-moving companies.
