It was during a lunch break that the future founders of Sharpmania realised their professional paths were about to part ways following the closure of Merck Serono in Geneva.
This Human Resources team, which had carried out remarkable work throughout the restructuring and closure of the Geneva site, could not imagine no longer working together. Driven by an exceptional team spirit and a unique expertise in managing organisational transformations, they decided that day to continue their collaboration - this time to support companies navigating change.
Founded in June 2013, Sharpmania takes its name from their shared “mania” for being precise and thorough (“Sharp”) in delivering concrete and immediately actionable solutions.

Why did you create Sharpmania?
The conviction that a consulting firm stands out above all through real, hands-on field experience - something I was missing when I was in the position of our current clients myself. I therefore wanted to embark on the entrepreneurial journey. My objective: to put to use the experience gained in our past professional lives within companies undergoing constant transformation, in order to support HR teams facing these same challenges.
