Sylvie is a dynamic and confirmed manager specialized in Site & Facility Management. She feels particularly comfortable in unsettled environments. Her objective is to implement sustainable solutions and practices for a company by leveraging the strengths of each team member.
Sylvie is responsible for all Site & Facility Management (FM) and Employee Health and Safety (EHS) activities within Sharpmania. She has extensive expertise in areas such as organizational audits, FM & Site project supervision, methodology support and coaching, Change Management project conception & setup, or Facility Management facilitator/trainer.
Sylvie holds a Master’s degree in Management in Hospitality and Catering industries. She has over 17 years of experience in Service industries, including more than 13 years in Site & Facility Management, in various contexts (opening, closure, reorganization) and various site profiles (administrative, multidisciplinary, Plant).
Sylvie specialized in the Site & Facility Management organization by working in Facility Management companies such as ISS and then, for pharmaceutical industries such as Merck Serono S.A and Novartis.
Since September 2020, Sylvie has also been working in the EHS field following her certification as a Security Assistant delivered by SUVA.
Sharing and exchange are priorities for Sylvie, she is also involved in several professional associations. She sits on the Board of Directors the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) in French-speaking Switzerland and an active member of the WeHub association in Switzerland- Workplace Evolutionaries.
