Let’s acknowledge it, until the new generation reached the marketplace, not many companies were focusing on the full coherence between intent and actions. Today, not only the new generation, but also the old one, both need to see the link between the visions/missions/values declared and the reality in the field. For example: are the decisions made by top management fully coherent? How much do the principles act as a compass, create a secure base for employees?
